In Liberia, we are developing a comprehensive maintenance and sustainability plan alongside the Ministry of Health, which will involve both the County Health Teams and technicians and a private independent contractor. We plan to provide both programmatic and financial support during a two-year period, after which our aim is to handover the program to the Ministry of Health to continue working with the County Health Teams and the independent contractor to ensure the Solar Suitcases are maintained.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE REPAIR OF FOSERA SOLAR SYSTEMS.

In 2016, EnDev Liberia installed about 250 solar home systems to provide lights in 129 clinics and schools. Solar Mini Grid Training till  Sept: 3rd, 2019

five (5) days training on Solar Mini Grids from the 23rd September - 27th September, 2019. The training parts, a theoretical and a practical session. The  Liberia technical team and external trainers from Germany will facilitate the sessions about The external trainers include representatives  from SMA, Asantys and Hoppecke who will teach about SMA components, Solar PV modules and batteries. 

All training lunch will be covered by EnDev. However, participants will have to cover expenditures for accommodation. For some participants from Liberia, EnDev can transport them to the venue of the training. The Venue of the training is the Environmental Learning Center in Freetown, Sierra one of the Mini Grid sites.
